Vision and Goals
It is our goal to bring mutual success to our customers, partners and employees through professional solutions. In new projects we combine the potential of companies, creativity and talent of employees with the use of opportunities in new areas. By building strong Group companies, we support their competitiveness and development in promising industries.
We create lasting social values because we believe in adhering to the rules of free and open enterprise. We are responsible employers who place emphasis on teamwork, entrepreneurship and personal development of employees. Our companies have set communication rules within the framework of an adopted code of ethics. Both within the companies and when performing outside the Group.
The Logistics Group includes companies that operate in various areas of transport, freight forwarding and logistics. The key areas are mainly transport and logistics for the automotive industry, fresh food distribution, transport for manufacturers of building and packaging materials, transport of high-value goods and so called “general cargo”.
With more than 500 vehicles and an annual turnover of more than 60 million EUR, the company is one of the European leaders in the field of bulk transport. The key customers are mainly from the automotive, building insulation, packaging and hygiene segments.
A foreign company that was established in 2015 to fulfil one of our geographically strategic goals. It serves our major customers in the region at the heart of German industry - the Rhineland and Ruhr. In addition to the Benelux countries, it covers a significant part of northern and eastern France. The so-called “general cargo” is the key to the dynamic growth of this company in the last two years.
It is the youngest member of the Group from autumn 2021. Formerly known as GISTRANS Czech Republic s.r.o. and today as CEE Fresh Food Logistics, it is the fulfilment of our long-term vision "The Future of Logistics is Diversity - we create the future". Nearly 100 special refrigerated trucks cover a significant part of the fresh food distribution in the Czech Republic. By using our logistics network across Europe, we want to build the same position in the international distribution of fresh food.
The company represents a premium brand of European format. With more than twenty years of tradition and a unique patented security system for the transport of High Value Goods , it is among the TOP 3 companies of its kind in Europe. The acquisition of LOGIN CZ in 2015 was an important step towards fulfilling our group's goal of becoming one of the European leaders in the transport and logistics of high-value goods.
Based in Barcelona, Spain, with 30 years of experience in LTL transportation and automotive assembly, the company was a clear acquisition choice in 2018 and another step towards fulfilling our strategic European goals.
In addition to creating the aforementioned lasting social values,
we want to participate in a responsible approach to society, help people around us and make life better. The vision of using your success and helping has been a dream from the beginning. The establishment of the Lenka and Roman Šmidberský Foundation made these dreams a reality.
